The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has finally arrived in the UK, shaving £50 and a few inches of screen real-estate off its bigger brother.
The full size Xoom 2 has already launched in the UK, and the specs for the media edition are identical beyond the different form-factor and a lack of 3D sound from the speakers.
The Motorola Xoom 2 ME has a UK price of £329.99 and is available through the likes of Amazon, Expansys and Clove.

As TechRadar's Hands on: Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition review suggests – this is an impressive performer boasting an 8.2 inch screen and a 1280 x 800 resolution.
Under the hood it boasts a 5MP rear-facing snapper, a 1.3MP camera on the front, 1GB of RAM and a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, which is fairly impressive (in this generation) for a device designed to slot into your back jeans pocket
As you would expect, it's thin and light, boasts MotoCast and a decent browsing experience and the screen is made of Corning's now familiar Gorilla Glass .
Its size means that it will inevitably be compared to the cheaper Amazon Kindle Fire, which means that it will need to convince consumers that the extra features are worth the extra cash.
