How to Get Refund for Purchased App from App Store?

Practically… Apple store is one of the finest conservative place for buying the applications. Those applications have the ability as well as capacity, to make your life astonishing. But sometimes, you may not satisfied with the application, even after paying for it. You will imagine that the money is gone and now, zilch can happen? But, you are mistaken!!! Even after paying for the application… there are ways – through which you can get refund for an App purchased from the App Store!

How to get a refund for an app from the app store? If one is claiming to get an app store refund – Then, there is a proper method to be followed :

Step 1: Launch iTunnes – and, login with your Apple ID… after that, click the arrow which is seen besides an Apple ID. You will see a drop-down box in front of you… In which you will have to select ‘Account option’.

Step 2: A screen will be displayed in front of you – containing the ‘Purchase History’ (page). In which you will have to select the link which says ‘See All’.

Step 3: Now, you can see the record of all the purchased applications, which you have done from iTunes.

Step 4: Find the application – for which you need to get a refund from the App Store? Then, click on the gray arrow… of that option.

Step 5: The screen will appear which will further guide you… Now, tap on ‘Report A problem’ button. After that, select the Report A Problem, for which you are looking to receive refund.

Step 6: In most important step, you will require to choose one of the six categories and fill out the form with the detailed reason. At last click on the Submit button.

Step 7: If Apple finds your request for refund is genuine, you should get refund in your iTunes account within couple of days.
